Sun, Oct 31. Fine.
Fri-had dinner with hunny and his mum at Ipoh Garden restaurant...
Sat-had to work in the afternoon...then went to the city after work to buy a new pair of sunnies before going back to hunny's house...he spent the whole day out with merv and fidz...dinner was with hunny and his parents at Hog's Breath Cafe coz hunny wanted his parents to try the food there and they liked it...but we waited so long for a table as it was a weekend...we'll just make a booking next time...the preparation of the food took a long time too...then after dinner, we went to meet up with the rest at Metro City...but hunny got pulled over by the police AGAIN along the way...it's his second time...I told him not to switch on his neon lights in the city especially when there are so many police doing their rounds during the weekend but he was so obstinate and wouldn't listen...guess he asked for it...the police just gave him a warning and he was so close to getting another 'yellow sticker'...yeah...that took up a bit of time and it didn't help when it was a Sat night and it was so hard to find parking...plus, we had to get into Metros before 11 coz the passes that hunny got from Telethon last week only allowed free entry before 11...we were fortunate to find a parking and by the time we reached Metros, it was 11.05...damn, we had to pay the full $15 for entry...anyway, had a lousy clubbing session....music wasn't that good...and someone broke a bottle on the dancefloor and the pieces shattered and I got a cut on my ankle coz of that...but it was too dark...couldn't see who did it...damn...what rotten luck...was bleeding for quite awhile...anyway, long, merv, fidz and gf, eddy and susan were there...then mel and steff came much later to join me...mel bought steff and I B52...but I didn't hang out with them for long coz hunny's glasses broke in the midst of the clubbing session and he couldn't see a thing...so we had to leave early...was rather disappointed coz I only got to hang out with steff and mel for awhile....but oh well, hunny's situation required me more...
Went for lunch at Charcoal Chicken at Inglewood today...then headed down to the convention centre for Western Salon...the entry fee was exorbitant...so we decided not to go...went around sourcing for hotels to see where hunny could have his early bday celebration at...looked at a few and finally settled on Mounts Bay Apartment Hotel...we were rather satisfied...after that, went to the city to get hunny's glasses fixed...dinner will be at Yip Kee later...
