Dragged myself outta bed early this morning coz I had an interview with a foreign bank - Standard Chartered. It was for the position of service consultant...little did I know that the job scope entails answering telephone calls relating to enquiries all day long...having to work rotating shifts of 8-5pm or 2-11pm...depending on your roster...5 1/2 day week...even requiring me to work on public holidays...the job scope is just too horrendous...no time for myself, no social life, no time for church...this job is just way outta my league...I've been applying for the position of 'editor' for some publishing companies recently...really want a job that is pertinent to my course of study...
Will be catching up with xinying for dinner in the evening...haven't seen her for ages...
