HAPPY EASTER Y'ALL!
As usual, every church service on Easter sunday is always fantastically power-packed. Gosh, what's with the erratic weather recently?Hasn't the monsoon season ended?Today's rain was a deluge like never before and to think I had to drive home in the pouring rain. It even flooded at some areas and I was going at an unbelievably slow speed of 20km/h all because I didn't want the car engine to stall in the middle of the road. You know how in flooded areas you're supposed to go really slowly...
Oh well, I headed to the John Little warehouse sale and mega book sale at expo after service today since it was only a few halls away. Found some good buys. I got a pair of pointed heels for work, some lingerie and 3 books.
Back to work tomorrow and the Monday blues are starting to sink in. A pity we don't get Easter Monday off in S'pore!How nice if we could. Looking forward to the next public holiday in about 2 weeks.
